ICNE 2015 Customer Satisfaction Survey
We have received very positive results from the customer satisfaction survey that we conducted in 2015.
Our customers were asked to score us from 1 to 5, 1 being very dissatisfied/strongly disagree and 5 being very satisfied/strongly agree. We included four categories of questions; communication, analysis, reporting and competitiveness.
As well as receiving excellent feedback and comments from our customers, we also scored 4.3 or above in all categories. We are extremely pleased with the results and comments, and we would like to thank all those who took part. Read the full review here.
